Building number 3 at the Storage King complex at Durack in Queensland finished September 2016. 1900m2 over 2 floors. In addition to typical storage space sizes, we have incorporated some dedicated larger spaces on both levels.
Our contract for this project included everything from Building Approval through to completion. A scope of work including supply of the goods hoist, concrete tilt up panels, mezzanine floor system, self storage fit-out, security and electrical installation and painting.
Working with the client, all the details were worked out pre-construction which made handover with the certifier and QFES a very smooth process.
